Watsons BRS — Watsons Marcom Team was managing their marketing budget reporting system with excel manually, which was old, tiring and complicated way. With the new intranet all Marcom Team can create Purchase Orders for their marketing projects, send to their managers and directors for approval and export all the budget report in excel format.

The new system easily reports all the budget data by filtering department, date, PO Number, etc. Marcom team also manages invoices which they billed by their supplier and match with PO Orders to track budget differences. The approval system runs on the system and all users get e-mail notifications for approvals, new user registrations etc.
